His Imperial Majesty Archduke Wilhelm of Hulstria, Duke of Thague, Count of Wharton (b. September 5th, 2773 at Fliederbrunn Palace, Hulstria) is the second born and middle child to former Hulstrian Emperor Alexander I and Empress Anna Katharina; Wilhelm is the younger brother of Godric II of Hulstria, Sisula & Trigunia and older brother of Queen Matilda of Rilandor. Along with being styled as the Archduke of Hulstria, Wilhem is also the Duke of Thague, a title and duchy that was given to him by the Hulstrian Monarch. Archduke Wilhelm is currently 6th in line of succession to the Hulstrian throne. Wilhem is currently married to Countess Mary Mansfield of Wharton and has 2 children, Paul and Alexander.

Archduke Wilhelm was born on September 5th, 2775, to then Crown Prince Alexander of Hulstria from the House of Rothingren-Traugott, and Crown Princess Anna Katharina from the House of Halvorson; he was the royal couples second child after his older brother Godric six years earlier. While he was not the Crown Prince, Wilhelm was still tutored at a young age and still had to attend traditional boarding school for Hulstrian royals however he was not given as much royal duties as his older brother, the Crown Prince.
