Wilbur Winkey Byrne, better known as Captain Kalistan, b. 2170, d. 2254; was a founding member of the Freak Power Party of Kalistan, as well as a successful cloning patient. His clones, of which there are an unknown number, have allowed his presense in Kalistan to extend well beyond his own death. His clones are known to have included Prime Minister Klaus Smackington Wigglesworth, Ken "Chief" Kesey, Wilbur Byrne Mark III. He also founded the Freak Power Party and Xanadu Free City Collective, and therefore indirectly the Kalistani Revolutionary Union and Communism Wow! Party.
