In Particracy, parties can form international party organizations (sometimes abbreviated IPO) to group common ideologies or objectives. Such organizations have no effect on in-game legislation and are in no way binding: they exist merely to group parties that wish to associate themselves. The party that creates them organization is recorded as the organization founder.
