The Dranian Totalitarian Movement (DTM) is a totalitarian organization formed on June 22, 2503 by an unidentified self-hidden man known only by his colleagues as "Big Brother." The intent and ideology, the organization states simply, is to gain power for the sake of gaining power; as an ends rather than a means.

At its beginning, the Dranian Totalitarian Movement strongly believed in the creation of a totalitarian police state within Dranland and in such ideas as "All within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state."

However, on June 2, 2508 the party shifted in its ideology when Big Brother announced he had reached a revelation regarding immigration and internationalism. He had obtained the conclusion that immigration would actually be better for Dranian society, and that the end of racism would be an important cornerstone in the progress of Dranland.

Big Brother also stated that another prime goal he had placed on the DTM's agenda was the resurrection of the Dovani Union, a global superpower during the 20th century that was composed of all the current nations on the Dovani continent. The Dovani Union collapsed in the early 21st century which led to Terra's current dark age of technological stagnation, the renewed existence of organized religion, and newfound racism.

As a result, the Dranian Totalitarian Movement had been completely reformed into the Dovani Resurrection Coalition.
