Claus Mackensen (September 22nd, 2749) is the former Imperial Commissioner of the Eastern Territories, Greater Hulstria's colonial empire; Mackensen also served as the Chief Operations Officer of the Imperial Guard, the personal guard unit of the Emperor of Hulstria. After finishing up his school career Mackensen joined the Army and eventually rose to the rank of Lt. Colonel where he would then enroll in the Imperial Guard, climbling to the rank of Chief Operations Officer in 2788.
In 2811 after serving his ten year term as Imperial Commissioner was succeded by Josef Helmfried.
