The Nationalista Party is an Indralan nationalist/populist party, founded in 2804 by Colonel Diosdado Hortal (at that time the Army Chief of Staff) and some other influental army officers, who wanted a new strong movement with a strong leader to oppose the weak and corrupt governments Indrala always had.

It belongs to the liberal-conservative wing of Indralan politics, although it leans more towards ultra-nationalism and populism.
