His Imperial Majesty, by the Grace of the Creator, Hayden I, Emperor of Dranland (born: Hayden William van Buchan III) was the first and only Emperor of Dranland. When the Great Kyo Empire was dissolved in 3780, it was reorganized into the Empire of Dranland, and Hayden I was crowned as new Imperial Monarch. Emperor Hayden I ruled Imperial Dranland for over nine years, from December 3780 until February 3790, when Kyo Nationalists orchestrated a coup and overthrew the young Empire.
