The III General Assembly Congress of In Marea was hold in January 4138 in order to decide its third leader and candidate for the position of Consul de Popularis of In Marea Possumus Facere, after the decision of Tera Pisthis of retiring from politics, due to old age and illness. Three candidates took part, resulting in the victory of Lar Gnaeus, a 30-year man, politician and economist. He will take his position in the party before the 4143 elections, but after the 4139 elections.
Procedure[]
The General Assembly is composed by two members of each region and one member elected by the Secretary. they have to promise independent thinking and are elected by the militants of each region. At the moment of the Congress, it was composed by:
- Caecilia Papirus: 74, former lawyer.
- Jason Papadopoulos: 71, former physicist.
- Dedhalo Pointian: 38, physiotherapist.
- Ajax Apostolos: 37, Selucian ambassador (4123-).
- Cato Gurges: 60, politician, former leader of In Marea in East Shadar.
- Nova Helva: 65, politician.
- Athena Scudo: 59, former minister of Defence (4106-4111), former Caesar de Senatum (4119-4127), doctor.
- Xenia Harculae: 53, former Minister of Foreign Affairs (4100-4115).
- Flora Labeo: 79, philosopher.
- Percy Lacoonte: 58, former Secretary of In Marea (4109-4115), former Caesar de Senatum (4109-4115).
- Thitan Chroneo: 45, scientific.
Each member has two votes: they can vote "yes" to just one candidate, "yes" to two candidates, give one "yes" and one "no" to two candidates, or give two "no" if they think none of the candidates deserves to be the next Leader of In Marea. At the end, the candidate with most "yes" wins. If there is a tie, the victory goes to the candidate with less "no".
