Ishis is a city in the People's Republic of Kirlawa. It has an approximate population of 1.1 million as of the 2341 census. It is in the heart of the south-west of Uwakah, and is renowned for being the homeland of the Liberal Progressive Party.

The city is ran by a combination of five Ishis Area Councils, together with the overseeing body for the city, the Ishis City Council. The city leans heavily towards the Liberal Progressives with the area one of the most solid LPP areas in the country.

The economy of the city is heavily reliant on agriculture from berry fields and orchards in the south-west of the region. It also serves as a transport hub in the area, with much mined material and the like passing through the city on its way to the industrial areas of Salubris or Zobagon, or the ports of Ukhana and Micana.
