John Fredrickson was born on October 24th, 4132 in Union Hill, Beluzia. As the years went on he found that he wanted to help people out in anyway he could, so he decided to join politics. He went through years as an Independent but found that independents never got elected to the National Congress. He mentioned this to a group of friends who were also politicians, they were Susan Florence, Caleb Johnson, and Steve Lawrence. Together these 4 people founded the United Party of Beluzia, the party soon got a founding and held an election for chairman of the party, John would win with a total of 550 delegates out of 700, beating out his friend Susan Florence. Durring this time period John married Madison Hewitt and they had 3 children together. In 4191 President Dame Irene Luise Ó Seanáin appointed Fredrickson to be Cabinet Secretary.
In 4192, Fredrickson's chairmanship was challenged by Tibby Everill and a group of UPB MCs. The election was held and Fredrickson easily retained the chairmanship with 325 delegates voting for him. He also became the first write-in to be selected as the UPB's presidential candidate in 4196. In 4214 Fredrickson was elected as the 17th President of Beluzia.

In November 4214 Fredrickson was elected President of Beluzia with 36.61% of the first round votes, and 56.86% of the second round. Under President Fredrickson, the Beluzian Supreme Court and Federal Reserve was finally filled up. He also was the first president since Sylvester Palmer to serve a full term as President without an early election. In 4222 Fredrickson created the surplus usage program.
