Karl III(July 9th, 2363-July 18th, 2473) (Eng. Charles III) of the Rothingren-Traugott Dynasty was the third Hulstrian Emperor to rule during the period of Dual Monarchy, during which he shared power with the Gao-Showa Tenno. He was one of the longest reign Monarchs in Hulstrian history, following his death he was succeeded by his son Franz V, who 6 months later abdicated in favor of his son Maxmilian VI, who 6 months later abidcated in favor of his son Rudolph IV, Karl's great-grandson and the last Hulstrian Emperor during the period of Dual Monarchy.
