This is a list of all the Prime Ministers and Presidents of the Council of Ministers of the Istalian Republic and of their Cabinets who served in the office since the Semi-Presidential reform of 4134.
The list provides for each Head of Government his name, the party to which he belonged, the parties or electoral coalition of which he was exponent, the Cabinet he led, years and/or months in office, term lenght, the status of his Cabinet and the President or Presidents of the Republic under who he served. The status shows if the cabinet was supported by a political majority into the Parliament, if it was a minority government, if it was the result of a Grand Coalition or if it was a National Unity Cabinet.

Presidents of Council of Ministers and Cabinets of the Istalian Republic before 4135
During the long history of the Istalian Republic, not always adeguate attention has been paid in recording the past political life of the Country and furthermore during the Istalian Civil War of 4044–4045 the last battle of Romula caused large damages to the city and the Institutional building themself were some of the most damaged places. Among them also the National Archive, housed for centuries into the former Royal Palace of the Hessexian Dynasty were the documents suffered also damages due to the time and the poor conditions of conservation.
Fortunately the long work of the expertises and researchers has been able to assess part of the past institutional history including the records of the Governments during some previous centuries.
