Drafted on January 4326 "The Majatran Education Opportunity Pact" Is a pact between participating nations in the continental Majatra to allow citizens all over Majatra have access to education. The pact was drafted by Austin Röbinson and Jaden from the Austonean Social Democratic Party in Solentia. The MEOP was created in hopes to promote education, job growth, and to become an economic and scientific power house.

Majatran Education Opportunity Pact

We are putting forth a pact to give the opportunity to education, and all our continent to compete with the rest of terra. This document is written losely to encourage adoption of this pact as well as allow for customization to fit our nations. We invite all Majatran nations to join the pact. (NM= Not Modifiable)

Provisions:

(NM)1.1 MEO cards will be distributed to all students who apply to all participating Majatran nations.

(NM)1.2 MEO cards give temporary citizenship to individuals who are enrolled into a educational institution within a MEO nation.

1.3 Students graduating will be sent back to nation of origin unless citizenship is granted

1.4 Nations can allow opportunity of citizenship of the graduate or disallow.

1.5 MEO students pay out of pocket, loan or can be granted free or subsidized education dependent on the nations policy.

1.6 All MEO students must follow laws of the nation they temporarily reside in.

1.7 Any student that breaks laws that the nation has designated as deportable offense will be sent back to country of origin.

1.8 Participating nations can determine severity of laws

1.9 The department of foreign affairs along side internal affairs oversights MEO program

2.1 MEO students who fail courses can retake dependent on nation policy

2.2 MEO students who fail or drop out must be enrolled into an educational institution or have proof of enrolling within a year of dropping out

2.3 MEO card holders can be employeed while enrolled in school.

2.4 MEO students must maintain a 2.5 out of 4.0 GPA to continue the program

2.5 If a MEO student is sent back to country of orgin early a review will be set up to determine if they will be allowed to enroll into the MEO program

2.6 All MEO applicants must pass a background check

2.7 all applicants can not have a felony (unless participating nations allows it)
