Meiji Takara is the Emperor or Tenno of Gao-Soto, formally styled Tenn-Meiji oso Gao-Soto, Tenn-Kotenn, Shak-Koshak, Tseikoshak oso Kasu-Showa. He is noted for taking leadership of the Clan Meiji at a very young age (only just being 26). He went to take active steps to reform the shattered leadership of the Gao-Showa in exile by forming the Gao-Showato Kasu-Soto and then returning to his homeland, reforming the Gao-Showa Peoples' Party and eventually ending both apartheid and Greater Hulstria and establishing himself as co-monarch along with the Hulstrian Kaiser in the new Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto.
Meiji Takara's success in reorganising the Gao-Showa hierarchy and bringing the Imperial family back to prominence withing the society and politics means he is already regarded as one of the most successful of the Gao-Showa emperors and his early reign is often referred to as the Meiji Restoration.
