Michael Fabian is a Conservative Politician in Dorvik, who currently serves as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. He is the former leader of the Conservatives.

Political career Edit

Fabian was elected to the State Council in 4321.

Education Secretary Edit

As part of a cabinet reshuffle in December 4329, Fabian was appointed to lead the education department. He said "it is time to create an educational system that works for all." He moved forward with plans to re-introduce selective education, however this was rejected by coalition partner the Unsere Party.

Fabian left the department for education after renegotiations of terms of government post the May 4331 general election.

Leader of the Conservatives Edit

After serving as foreign affairs spokesperson between 4334 and 4341, Fabian was elected leader of the conservatives to succeed Katarina Riemann who had served as the party's leader for 20 years.

The party dissolved in 4352 due to falling membership and what Fabian described as "a lack of momentum within the State Council nationally." However, two years later, Fabian admitted he regretted the decision and re-established the party in 4354.

Foreign Secretary Edit

After stepping down as leader, Zara Hoffmann was elected as leader of the Conservatives. She the party for less than twelve months before a snap election was called where the Conservatives gained 120 seats nationally. As a result, she formed a coalition with the centralist Democratic Progress Party. Subsequently, Fabian was appointed Foreign Secretary.
