Neveras is one of the five provinces of Kalistan, and of of the four mainland provinces located on Seleya. It is the an inland province, in the west of the country, bordered by Vrassa, Odufaray, Suldanor, Lindar Valley and Gevaro, the latter two provinces of Baltusia.

Neveras' capital is the city of Maridon, in the West Bank district. Beneath the provincial government, Neveras is further divided into seven districts:
