[edit] Geography
Nuchtmark Province is the southernmost province in Kirlawa. It is the second largest province after Merkan Province. It has low land to the north and east, but highlands frame the south and western part of the nation. The lowlands provide the province with great farm land. The coastline is even framed with beaches. The province is second to Uwakah Province in terms of forest cover.

Nuchtmark Province has a temperate climate with warm summers and cool wet winters. The province usually recieves about 30 inches of snow a year, but it is more common to have rain than snow due to the climate. The province recieves sunshine for most of the year (hence the nickname), and provides great weather for outside activities. The province, however, is susceptible to the occasional hurricane, but because of the latitude and lack of warm water, it is very rare.
