Tōzanfu (Kunikata/Sekowan:東山府) is one of the five prefectures of the Great Republic of Seko. The name of the Prefecture literally means "eastern mountain". Together with Nanzan ("southern mountain") and Hokuzan ("northern mountain") the area was known as 三山 (Sanzan, "three mountains") by the Empire of Gao-Soto, and Sanzan was at the time the southernmost Circuit (道) of the Empire.
Tōzan is home to the city of Ishinawa, the largest economic city in Seko and the national capital of the Great Republic of Seko. When the Republic was founded, Tōzan was the only one of the five prefectures to have "府/Fu" applied to it.
