The Kirlawa Chronicle' is a national newspaper published daily in Kirlawa since 2235. It has been regarded since its creation as the premier newspaper of record in the country, and is considered easily the biggest-selling newspaper in Kirlawa, with a daily circulation of over 3,000,000 as of 2309.

The Chronicle is considered to have no definitive editorial slant, publishing a range of views from communist to fascist. Its articles are considered to be in general neutral and unbiased.

The Chronicle contains a popular supplement on Sundays, known as Satire Corner.

The newspaper is owned by Thomas Rutherford, and is expected to be handed down to his son Harry when the millionaire passes away.
