Victor Juan Emmanuel is a former CEO of the United Banana Co., the current party leader of the Partido Nacional, and the Presidente of Davostan.

Victor Juan Emmanuel was born in Davos, Davostan. His mother was a teacher and his father was a landowner. His family was very wealthy as his father owned many farms in Davostan. Against his father's wishs, Victor started his own fruit company called Coca Variety. Emmanuel briefly served in the military, he saw some light combat. Emmanuel reached the rank of Colonel but to this day he insists that he is a General. Later Coca Variety would merge with another fruit company becoming the United Banana Co. Victor was elected by the board of directors to become the CEO of UBC.

Emmanuel himself personally was never involved in politics but his company UBC frequently interefered in the political process. Emmanuel organised large events promoting free market capitalism. Emmanuel soon became very less important in his growing company and the CEO position was losing its power. In order to keep his assests and still be of use, he ventured into the political world by registering the Partido Nacional. Emmanuel in his first election was elected to serve as Presidente.
