His Imperial Majesty Viktor I, by the grace of God, Czar and Autocrat of Deltaria was a Czar of the Deltarian Czardom. The bastard son of Ľubomír II, Viktor Watembasyn ascended to the throne in 3563, after his younger brother Miloš II the Mad was assassinated by a group of discontent nobles. As a result of a civil war, Viktor was dethroned and replaced with False Miloš, a pretender claiming himself to being Miloš II.
