Vittoria Bronzi (Allegriano, 2 November 4445) is an Istalian politician and founder of One Istalia or 1ST. She started her political career as member of the Radical Alliance, but before she could become of any significance the left the the AR in order to establish her own party, together with Alexandro Faccio.
Senator and Party Leader[]
After the fortunate election results in 4480, Bronzi was appointed as 1ST Senate Leader. Her position and popularity made her a strong candidate for the party's leadership, which was vacant after Faccio's resignation in 4484. After a fierce internal election against strong-right candidate Deviano Fonti, she won the party's leadership.
Prime Minister[]
In the 4487 General Elections, 1ST became the second largest party in the Chamber of Deputies and acquired the most seats in the Senate, and after the dissolution of the Authoritarian Conservative Party in 4487 the 1ST was de jure the largest party and instead of arranging new elections, Bronzi formed a Grand Coalition cabinet with the Radical Alliance, Farmers' Party and the Democratic National Party.
This Government was appointed after more 10 years of Lanza's Government which acted as caretaker during the political stalemate which affected the country during the last two term of President Siro Sacca. This cabinet was formed to handle specific issues that were affecting Istalia at the time: the Solentian refugees crisis, the economic and geopolitical downgrading of Istalia which generated strong economic instability as well as criticism against the politics accused not to be able to contrast the istalian problems and seen as responsible of the decadence which affected the country during the century against which nobody was able to intervene.
